Have been unable to get media attention on this to hold PM Noda accountable for receipt of these:
This past week, people from all over the world sent a wave of red envelopes to the Prime Minister of Japan and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, expressing their request that the hunting, capture and slaughter of dolphins cease. They will be arriving in time for the Japanese holiday, 海の日 "Marine Day", to draw the attention of Japanese officials and citizens of this barbaric, bloody practice against one the most intelligent, social animals on the planet.
